David created his practice in 2000 to help business owners build value and create a path toward a successful exit / transition. Too often, they have not built the value they need and are unprepared when the time comes to put their transition into action. David helps his clients improve their quality of life, build value in their company and exit on their own terms. A frequent speaker on this topic, David has presented to NAIFA, FPA, IMC, Vistage, Rotary and other various conferences and associations.

His early career was in banking and finance. After a few years at Freddie Mac, David spent 12 years with a global life sciences company - four of those years living in Paris where he worked in corporate finance and mergers acquisitions before transferring to Atlanta.

A Certified Management Consultant (CMC ® ) and coach, David is the immediate past president of the Institute of Management Consultants - Georgia Chapter. He holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from George Washington University. He speaks fluent French and conversational Spanish. Learn more:
